Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can shop and checkout as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it allows you to track your orders and checkout faster next time.

How can I create an account?

Click on “Account” at the top of the page and choose “Sign Up”. Enter your details and you’re done.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, choose your size and color, add to cart, then proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and local wallets (مثل فودافون كاش).

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available all over Egypt.

What if the size doesn’t fit me?

You can request a size exchange through our customer support.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
